PLANNING,TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE TIMELINESS OF P-R CARD,SIN,HEALTHINSURANCE AND G-1 LICENSE.
Dear Colleagues,
Will someone who has recently applied or already obtained the above information for ONTARIO/Toronto region inform to me the following?
As soon as one applies for the above, i.e
1)P-R card- an automated process right at the airport.
(HOW MUCH TIME/(weeks) DOES IT TAKE TO REACH TO YOUR STATED ADDRESS?)
2)SIN application at the nearest HRDC.
(HOW MUCH TIME/(weeks) DOES IT TAKE TO REACH TO YOUR STATED ADDRESS?)
3)Health Insurance(OHIP)card?
(HOW MUCH TIME/(weeks) DOES IT TAKE TO REACH TO YOUR STATED ADDRESS?)
4)G1/motor driving licence taken at a nearest (MTO) motor driving school/office.(0fcourse after passing the stated tests!)
(HOW MUCH TIME/(weeks) DOES IT TAKE TO REACH TO YOUR STATED ADDRESS?)
Please reply/advice as soon as possible for the needfull.

1. Apply at airport. Delivery Timeframe - 4 to 6 weeks
2. Apply at HRDC centre. Delivery Timeframe - 4 to 6 weeks
3. Apply at Health office. For newcomers there is a three-month waiting period for your OHIP coverage. They time the mailing so well, that the card gets to you in the last week of the waiting period. For more details -

4. Apply at DriveTest Centre. If you pass, a paper licence is issued immediately & can be used (along with the previously issued photo card). The new photo card arrives in the mail in about 4 weeks.
