When filling out the citizenship form for my minor child, one of the identity documents is the "school record". Which document is this?

Is this the last school report?

You just go to school & tell them that you need a letter that your son/daughter study here which is actually a school record. i did when i appliedfor citizenship for my kids , i just called them & i gave them my name & student name they told me to pick up letter in the evening it has all the stuff like residential address , which grade your kid is , his/her student no. i mean everything you need: just call the school they know what you need.

When I applied for citizenship, I checked with CIC and they said end of year School Report cards (that show attendance) are fine, but if they are lost / misplaced, a letter can be obtained from the school(s).

Hi,
My son is currently on his first yr in university and applied for citizenship already. However, his paper was sent back due to incomplete application (He failed to provide photocopy of his school record for his university).My questions are:

1. Can you please tell me if a copy of his tuition fee considered an official school record. All his transactions from the school is via online, is it acceptable?
2. What are other forms of official school record can he submit?

Please help. His paper was returned twice already, and I want to make sure that he will make it on his third try.
