i want admission for grade 4 for my son ,i just know that they will ask for immunization record,we have just come from india ,so what else is the paper requirement and what school supplies should we buy for grade 4 pls help.

Best option is to contact the school your son will be attending. You will get complete information from them. However, the list, as I can think of, are:

Proof of residency (utility bill, drivers licence, etc)
Proof of PR (landing paper, PR card, etc)
Health card
Immunization record
List of emergency contact (neighbors, friends, etc that live close by)
Any document related to any special medical attention that might be needed while at school
Birth certificate

Back pack
Snack and Lunch box

In terms of documents needed to get admission, there are only 3 major ones -

1)Proof of residency of parent(utility bill, drivers licence, etc)
2)Immunization record of child
3)Birth certificate of child

Of course, you will have to fill out forms where you will be asked information on child's past education,medical needs,emergency contacts etc

Here's what I have from my son's school for grade 4 "suggested" supply list:

1 three ring blank paper
1 three ring lined paper
1" blue binder
white, yellow, light blue, red, green Duotangs (what the heck is a duotang?)
1 thick black marker
1 thin black marker
1 calculator
1 crayola colored pencils
1 crayola washable markers
1 package of dividers
small package 1 cm grid graph paper
2 different color highlighters
1 english french dictionary (this is specific for french immersion)
1 large glue stick
1 pencil case
1 package of red pen/pencil
2 white erasers
2 boxes alcohol free baby wipes
2 boxes facial tissues
1 non-marking sole indoor shoes
