Is there any place in GTA where I can buy full sized Volleyball net and Durable Poles?

I am not from GTA and was wondering if you checked out sportchek. There are quite a few online stores in the US that sell them. You can deliver to a US address in Windsor and get it from there if there are customs issues:

I have purchased from volleyhut quite a few times, including balls and nets. I used to play competitive VB back in the US. The net I preferred was the Park N Sun Spectrum 2000 (They call it spectrum now, i think). It has telescopic aluminium poles and a durable net. Very easy to setup. It cost 250 USD about 2 yrs ago.
