Hello : I had a v bad experience with an associate and manager in future shop. Where can I complaint so that I could see some "result" ? Thanks.
Try calling their head office (I believe it is in Vancouver) and write a letter (not e-mail).
However, Futureshop has worst in-store customer service, esp. with desi customers. Best option, IMO is to buy online and then opt for a shop pick-up.

Futureshop has got a lot of futureless morons working in there; I tossed items back at them before even checking out, after seeing their utterly idiotic attitude plain and simple. Now I don't even go into their damn stores anymore. This actually helped me live lighter! I buy crap and sell it off in a year or two! These days, I look for online solutions or kijiji for things I need.

If you have worked in companies elsewhere around the world, you would know, these things come from top in the organization. The company sets the rules, not individual. The poor emploee just acts according to the rules set by the company so that he does not loose his job. May be the future shop company culture is such that they dont care for their customers. I disagree that it is b'cos of desi employees.
Once i had a very bad experience in METRO while shopping, the employee is a white. What do you say for this?

Meghal is actually saying Desi Customers not Desi Employs. But why it is like this? We live is maritimes and we have never encounter such type of situation. Associates and managers are very nice in all stores that we go here including Futureshop.
