I had same situation with Futureshop Manager and associate for my Cell phone in last year.
I wrote an email to co-operate office and after two days got a reply from them and same story we are sorry and we are going to investigate and balleh...ballah..but nothing happened afterward.
After one week i went again to store in pick hours and created a big issue instead of all most 50 to 60 customers with shouting, yelling and screaming..........
same Store Manager one week before i spoke with him very politely and in nice manner and he was treated me like B******t. I given him back same B******t on very next week to him and same associate, same Store Managar given me the new set right away within 5 minutes.
He never expected from me that i will react this way , He told me to come in office and we will do something for you given me the new set right away within 5 minutes.

my experience with FS: their customer service sucks big time!
I bought a laptop from them last year, cam wasn't working....did all my troubleshooting before going back to replace it (within 2 days). Their technician started giving me lectures and hinting I didn't know anything about computers.... I listened patiently and let him make the cam work, which obviously didn't...took around 1 hour of my time to return it.
