Please SIR call up CIC and find out the actual status of ur application.
You application wont leave missisuage if it was reject for financial assistance.
SIR i kindly beg u to call 1-888-242‑2100 and ask for status.

Oh man! This guy is asking for help and you're making fun of him. Better not to waste your keystrokes with such an attitudinal help.

I think TK has already explained whats wrong with using SIR...
With changing times language has changed... What was ok yesterdays is not ok today..
Even in india the use of SIR is dying except in government offices where subordinates are pretty much like servants..
Maybe u need to open ur horizons and listen more instead of getting disgusted.

L&P, be what is wrong in \"Sir\". He is from India, like all of us.It is more courteous than \"Hi'or \"Hello\". Let him be as he is and moreover he is talking to only Indo Canadians and not Canadians absolute.
I felt disgusted.
Egalitarianism is slowly, but steadily creeping into the Indian business culture. This is more evident among the younger work force in multi-national corporations. The use of first name to address superiors rather than sir seems to be getting more prevalent.
Of course, there are still bosses with maniac levels of ego and those who do not understand respect is a privilege that must be earned and not demanded.
