We are looking at house with Vinyl siding. Is there any major drawback for Vinyl siding in comparison to brick exterior ? should the price be a bit lower for Vinyl siding house ?
In long term, which would be a lower maintenance ?

When i bought my house that time my realor agent told me that Vinyl is cheap compare to bricks......house with vinyl loose more heat compare brick house.

In long term, for sure brick house is less maints always compare to vinyl.....
looks wise vinyl house not looking good, I bought house with complete outside with bricks all around........

There's no drawback on buying Vinyl homes.In fact these homes doesn't get hot or cold instantly as brick does.
some people go for brick while other like Vinyl.
I bought vinyl exterior home.
So don't worry and don't leave a deal for just because house exterior is Vinyl.
