Hello,
How do CIC Delhi, India evaluate people work expericnce in SW1?
Thanks & Reagrds
Abhishek
plz let me know your opinion..
Hello All,
I am trying to ask here that suppose one candidate want to submit his application in India or other visa office for Canada immigration (Under Skilled worker Category 1 -> 38 Occupations).
To support his work experience
1. He is submitting one letter form company (employer letter) that contains work exp, Salary and Job title, (Not Job Duties). Company doesn't provide any letter that contains Candidate’s Job Duties.
2. Candidate is submitting another letter (from him self in normal A4 size paper, in printed format with signature) that contains his job duties. He is also submitting additional letter from his manager and attaching his Business Card.
In this way, Candidate wants to show that he is working in that company for that period of time with mentioned job duties. Candidate has good job in good company and he is facing a problem to show his job duties in employer letter only.
My questions are:
a. Just want to know will these information (point 1 and 2) work out to support Candidate work experience, so that he can claim his work ex point and as well qualify to become eligible under SW1?
b. How Canada Immigration department do evaluate Candidate work exp and do back ground checking?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks & Regards,
Abhishek

Okey, here you go.
Buy a Betel leaf (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/11/Piper_betle_leaf.jpg) put a Gandhi note in it and give an Andhra Software guy.
Explain your situation.
He will help you out.
