Hi Friends,
I did call the broker Mr Singh has suggested, but it seems there is some change in rates, in the time gap Mr singh closed his deal and today, so she has offered me the best which she can try, but certainly not (prime -1%) what she had offered Mr Singh.

Anyone on the platform has better deals to offer pls share your experiences,

Beware of finer prints when you are getting mortgage at such a low interest , you might be not been able to shift after 5 years or pay a huge penalty to which equals to your early gains !!

looklook has hit the nail on the head. It is not always about low rates...beware of other clauses before you sign..it is imperative you have a discussion with your current bank before finalising
