As of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are asked to complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).
I have below querry in question number 7 while filling up the said form.

7. Have you received your Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)?
a) Check the corresponding box
b) If you checked “Yes”, please indicate the CSQ number
c) If you checked “No”, indicate the date when you applied for your CSQ

I am presently in India and need your valuable feedback for how to answer to this question.

I believe this is only applicable for Quebec immigrants. I am from Toronto and when i selected Toronto in the field before, All the questions mentioned are disabled
