Hello,
My parents applied for Asylum in state and they got withholding visa. that mean neither Asylum nor rejection very rare situation.
I am wondering if my parents wants to visit me in Canada, should they mention all this on there application? will this affect there application?
Looking forward for your advise

Answer all the questions asked in the visa application truthfully.
If case your parents get the visa, will USA border allow them to return back to USA ?
So it is a double edged sword.

I am not sure about that if the USA border will allow them again
If you are not sure if they can enter USA again or not, then why try for Canadian visit visa? Better stay in USA till the results are known.
