I am working in the US for the past 4 years on a TN Visa and i am about to get married to girl whose also working in US on an H1 but carries a Pakistani Passport.
Just curious although i have been paying my taxes here in the US and not in Canada would i be able to apply a PR card for my spouce?
If someone has gone through this process please let me know

As a cdn citizen, you might be able to; however, I believe they ask for proof or assurance that you will be living in Canada once the sponsorship comes through. You'll have to check http://www.cic.gc.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK for further confirmation.
