Do we need visa to enter USA now?

I know that Indian passport holders need visa to enter USA even though they are immigrants to Canada wiht a PR card. I heard that the policy has changed very recently. Can someone confirm/deny this? I am reluctant to go to the US embsassy for a visa.

If you are a Canadian PR, you need a visa to enter the US. Citizens are exempted. A US PR can enter Canada w/o a visa.

Depends upon your country of citizenship . If you are a citizen of any of the countries who can enter US without visa , you can enter anyway Canadian PR or not
