I am renewing my Indian passport this month. My old passport has Canadian PR VISA. I also have PR Card from Canada. Does it give rise to any problem when I try to return to canada next month? Is there any process to get the passport number changed in my PR card?

Your old passport will be cancelled and returned to you. Staple old and new passport together. You old passport # will be written on new passport.

When u enter canada for the first time on PR visa, that visa gets used up and is no longer valid for further travel. You now have the PR card which is not connected to your passport in any form.

So you will have no problem when travelling to canada with your new passport and the PR card. Relax.
