Public Mobile has a great cell plan, $30/mo for unlimited (!!) india calling plus unlimited provincewide calling......

$50/mo gets you unlimited North America calling, unlimited India and 44 more countries, international text, and all the other features.... no contract or agreement

In the interest of full disclosure, I do work there. But, I use the phone and have no complaints from my side. Feel free to message me for details!

Hi guys,

I got another idea for cell phone plan. Some people might aware of it. Especially for people who are using prepaid phone for emergancy use and want some flexibility for outgoing calls.

Use telus prepaid phone. Do not use Auto-top up.
Credit $7/month from Credit Card for one number unlimited.

voipdiscount.com has good rate for India and free for many countries (including USA/Canada). check on their website for detail. There may be other similar companies and I might not aware of it. I was using localphone.com but now transferred to voipdiscount.com.

Use voipdiscount.com for india calling. They will provide local access number. Use this local access number as unlimited number on your telus prepaid phone.

Free call to USA/Canada using your telus phone and voipdiscount account. (Unlimited outgoing. Use pause ( "P" ) button to store contact numbers in your mobile for easy dialing)

At the end, it will cost $7/month for unlimited outgoing (from cell phone) to canada/usa/landline to UK and many other countries.

OK - I saw this under the add ons > unlimited > one number ..

So what you are suggesting is :

a. Buy a Telus Prepaid phone .
b. Be on the pay per use rate (20 c/m ) .
c. Credit a $7/ mo. amount .
d. Attach it to VoipDiscount .
e. N American calling on cell phone for $7/mo...

Even if I can get 1 number calling from my cell for $7 / month , I am good ...

Yes, this is really good plan. I am using this plan for my wife. She carry the cell phone for emergency purpose (mostly when driving the car). Now, she has unlimited outgoing.

You must have some balance on voipdiscount account to have advantage of free calling to canada/usa. I am not sure but there might be restriction of number of minutes for free calls to NA. Should be enough minutes for average user. If not, it should not charge more than 1c/minute. So, it is not big deal.

Do not answer incoming call otherwise it will cost you 20c/minute.

planning to purchase a dell xps15 i7 laptop,tell me a place in toronto whr i could get it..
