I bought few pairs of shoes from a ' shop closing soon ' clearance sale in Eotbicoke (not very far from this place) , that was 6 months back. Today, the shop is still there with same closing and clearance board !!

I will suggest go there but take a very hard look at the quality of object,

Benix, Fair weather and their sister company, Bricks and many more have clearance board for ever.

Kennedy Furniture is closing down for ever.....wait and see it again with new name and board......
