Hi,
My nephew is on study visa.My question is whether he can apply for P/R ?
If yes!
how?
what is the procedure for applying?
what is the time line ?

If his occupation is eligible and qualifies .... he can apply for PR.

The best thing would be visiting the CIC web site ( cic .gc.ca) at leisure, so that you will know all the required information and procedure to apply.

Still if you need help .... please let me know ..I will explain in detail for a charge
