Had some questions about filling out the form for an infant and process.
The form looks very retarded in terms of design and information they are asking.
How do I get the thumb impression of an infant in place of "Signature of Applicant". Generally other govt forms I have filled let the parents sign the form.
I call the Consulate phone number...get to hear a recorded message, then pressing 0 a long wait and then again the same recorded message and the cycle continues.
Very confusing and hard to get information without walking over to the sarkari office just like in India. Hoping to get practical information from other CDers who went through this.
I recently went through the OCI process for myself and wife and that was a nightmare. Took no less than 5 trips minimum to VFS office.
