India is better in terms of access but these days it is all about money. Hospitals push c-sections there because there is more money to be made. ICU admissions has become very common because they charge something like Rs. 10,000 per day in a private hospital. Both countries lack a balance.
Agree. You have easy access to health care in India but not reliable. Most of the Doctors and Hosp are just and just concerned how they can make more money out of the patient rather than treating. I have been through that ..
It is sad that some doctors refuse here for Out of province patient. Even though our health Act says that every resident of Canada should have similar access to health coverage through out canada..
