i am moving to Canada finally but without my family. I landed in 2009 with my family now i have to be there before November 2012 to preserve my permanent resident status.
Now if i move there alone without my family.
will it be ok?
if they will come after November can they renew their PR status after 2 years as they cannot satisfy 730days requirement in that case.
or they will lose their PR status.

They will lose PR status, u will have to reapply for them.. before the deadline all have to come.
