I need help on applying for a GPA to buy land in India. Where in Toronto can I get it done, and whats the process related to it.

can you give us update if this was done...I am also looking since my friend in canada want to do POA(power of attorney) to his father in india to purchase property. can you or someone guide what is process here to send the POA to india. Is there
any format
what attestation do we need ? notary or indian consulate?
