Dear Mr. Massood,

I would like your opinion on the following query. i have applied for Immigration through an immigration agent in bangalore and have received my interview waiver on Mar 8, 2004. I havent recd my medical papers yet. I was told that it will come 'anytime now' but it has just not happened. Is it normal for medicals to take this long to reach us after the waiver has come thro?
My agency tells me it is not wise to keep sending reminders to the CHC on this since they may get suspicious. Is that true?

3 months is not unusual for Delhi.

I don't understand why CHC would get suspicious if you keep writing to them. What is there to be suspicious about .... ?)!

I asked my agency exactly the same question. Why should the CHC be suspicious about a completely justified followup considering all my papers are in order, we have submitted all the required documents and have paid all the necessary fees.
I havent received any satisfactory answer from them which is why I thought I should check with you.
So, you think it is ok for us to put presuure on our agency to follow up with CHC?
