THANKS for the replies folks.
What I am trying to find is whether it is possible to create a separate entrance to basement in Link houses.
Of late the prices have hit the sky in GTA area and it is almost impossible to find a decent house even for 300K.
I can of course get the basement done professionally but the question is can it be done to begin with?
