Last month I installed Bell satillite TV. While installation, the Bell technician damaged my roof and next day early morning, the bell guy came and told me the roof is damaged and can he see it? I was in a hurry to leave kids to school so, I told him to go ahead and check the roof and I left for the school. I told this incidence to my husband who told me he will check on holiday getting ladder. He checked and found the roof damaged with rods broken and bend. I complained to Bell customer support who send inspectors and they put the blame on rukoons/squirrels and tell us that animal damaged the roof which is wrong since how can rukoons damage exactly the day technician visited why not before or after? If technician had not damaged why did a guy from Bell TV rush early in the morning to warn us about roof damaged? I have talked to Bell higher authorities i.e loyalty department and warned them that, if they don't t pay then , I shall go to lawyers and charge them with all fees + mental torture since my husband is very angry with me coz he did not want Bell service since they are always billing wrongly and we have to end up talking to them hours on phone for rectification. I went against him and installed Bell TV and now he is making my life miserable.
I want somebody to guide me as to what should I do in this scenario? Is there anyway, I can make Bell TV pay for the damage? Please advice.

We came to enjoy; we are being enjoyed. We came to rule; we are being ruled. We came to work; we are being worked. All the time, we find that. And this comes into every detail of our life.
Unless you have proof - that you saw him damaging the roof - or you had inspected the roof just before the technician went there - it is going to be difficult for you to prove your point.
1) Try dropping an email to: kevin.crull@bell.ca He is the president of residential services
2) Take the pictures
3) Go to the consumer court and sue them.
And if husband is really troubling then take him to court as well.
Taking husband to court and suing him will be easy.

..and once you get the money after suing your husband, you can rebuild your roof as well, two birds in one stone!
Tell your beloving hubby to suck it up and get his arse moving to prepare for consumer court. Ask him to take out all the frustration there. There is no point in getting mad on you and that too for bell. Seems the case of male chauvisnist.....Make him talk to San Hugo.
