OK. We have 2 attic openings in the house. One outside my bedroom and one in living room at upper level. We opened the attic outside my room as that's where we hear sounds every night. Its not big enough that we could go all the way up and inspect properly but we had a good peek and could not find any trace of anything inside. Nothing looked broken or disturbed. So, I am not sure if it comes at night in attic or roof.

I called couple of companies and they charge about $300+! Someone told me that they called one of the employee do the same job without involving the company for about $100. But unfortunately he has misplaced the contact number. He has been trying to trace it but I have lost 4 days already waiting. Does anyone know any individual who knows the job and can do it in under $100?

Under $100 .... u r kidding? what job you expect them to do for that amount. Of course ... a smart fellow who knows how to extract more money later, may agree to initiate the job under $100.

Like I mentioned before, someone known to me paid $100 to an employee who did the job but without involving his company. He did the job to their satisfaction is what they told me. But unfortunately, he did not save the number.

Desi's have no problems in buying houses for 400 or 500K but will whine to pay someone decent wage to solve their problems.
No wonder your minimum wage is set at $ 10.50 or so...

OK fine, your usual time-pass technique to instigate some heated discussion.

TK, the cost of removing raccoon is not included in the mortgage and so not financed by bank !!!
