Any comments on insurance from travelance. How easy/ hard is it to get the expenses reimbursed provided all the paper work and documents are submitted and insurance is covered for pre-existing conditions.

I hear the insurance companies are worst enemies when we approach them with claims. Anybody has personal experience submitting claims to any insurance company here or in India. Appreciate if there is any recommendation on different companies based on personal or known stories or warning to stay away from anyone.
