If you have that much to spend, then you have better choices in terms of neighborhood, such as South Surrey, White Rock, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta. You don't have to live in Surrey. It's Metro Vancouver's Brampton. The only people flocking to this city are the ones that can't afford elsewhere (like me).
