I did something - I put a layer of provinces between listing and click from the category.
To put city is difficult as it is entered by users and they have large varieties for the same city.
I am planning to introduce a new field called "Metro Area" and will list all metro areas of Canada as a drop down list, that will help user to sort the information.
What are metro areas of Canada?
GTA
Ottawa-Hull
Victoria-Vancouver
Motreal
Calgary
Edmonton
Thats all?

In paying guest accommodation, it shows Alberta(8). When clicked on the link, it says:
Sorry, currently there are no records under this category

OK - here is trick. We keep all classified in the database, but for few categories we show only last two months classifieds. So when it says 8 classfied - it means they are total.
But there are no recent so it does not show anything.
This can be solved easily.
Thanks for letting me know about it.
Now we have search in classifieds available on both home as well as under classifieds.
Thanks.
