Usually I want to stay away from discussing NaMo because I need to see a complete term before making up my mind but can’t stop myself so here are my few cents. His ability to tactfully manage all competitions within the party and lack of any competition outside the party, may be the one reason that he is too relaxed on working on visible & result oriented projects. He may be waiting for the 5th year to show his work. FP has nicely summarized the most important 10 points on a previous page. I will be satisfied if he will take up even 5 out of them in this term.

For those who think that 'Acche Din' have already arrived, please ask any common man in India (not a Bhakt) to know the ground reality. What is the change/improvement in the life of lower and middle class?

It's now more that one year now, I appreciate the efforts put by Mr. Modi. He is working hard running around but I am not too happy with only one focus " foreign investment " and only one guy running around. What about other minister? What r they doing? No focus on basic problem. I understand that bringing foreign investors are important for growth but what about fixing basic things which can be done with good intention, focus and some money. What about government school education, government hospitals, pollution, environment protection, clean water, planting more trees, river cleanliness, corruption, law and order, rain water harvesting etc etc. I do not see any other than Modi running around. Check from your friends and relatives back home as how many time they have seen BJP MP's in respective area.

Foreign investment was a hoax played on the people of India by Congress since 90s. The yarn spinning still seem to continue with the BJP government. Because of the frugal ways of their spending and saving, whatever funds required are available from the people of India. That was why the 2008 economy crisis that hit the developed countries of the West and USA did not seriously affect our country and also others like Japan and Germany. What is currently happening is the gambling in share market in the name of participatory notes and that is also being called foreign investment. What it does is steal the meager saving of some gullible who want to strike it rich. And also help the round tripping done by our own black money bags. The end result is that it only further impoverishes the common man and leave him in debt.

Pulses wholesale merchants seem to have made a fast buck from the recent crisis of pulses shortage. Just like in the case of onions neither the farmers nor the consumers have benefited, but only middlemen.

Don't worry about these small small issues, foreign investment is coming in India......India will be the fastest growing economy in all percentages. Have faith. That's what people want, only foreign investment and this new government has done wonders for poors education, healthcare, pollution, corruption, black money, environment protection, women safety, security etc etc.....they have very strong policies for all basic problems and they are already working on it. Just have faith for another 40 years. They also need time.
