This is usually the topic of the landlords back in India but here it seems a necessity for everyone (is it really so?).
Under what circumstances you would need a will here ?
What if you don't have one ?
How this is used ?
What to do to write such will ?
Would you need a lawyer or notary public needed ?
Precautions ? (My RE lawyer told me that anyone can write but need witness affidavit).
Cost?
Validity / expiration if any ?
Process of updating the will ?
Last - any recommendation.
