You are right. 125 cr seems very less for 500 clinics. I also thought the same.Let's see if they able to implement.
they are not perfect and cannot be perfect, yes, there will be shortfalls in budget and that your point make sense.
Only time will tell success and failure but I am happy to see priorities on education, healthcare and public transport. As righly said by Delhite, if they succeed, they will be hero or else zero.

I dis-agree completely with this - "While AAP in function, don't see chances of misappropriation of funds allocated in budget being anti corruption branch so active in Delhi". AAP is not seal of honesty and there are honest and dis-honest people everywhere.
