Hello : My family friends are landing in saskatoon in June, husband wife and high schooler kid.
Need advise in terms of accomodation, which areas to live in / or websites to visit...

They are open for paying guest / one bed room rental, preferably in / around indian community and commutable to univ of saskatchewan ?

Any guidance is appreciated.

About three years ago they say that they had 200,000 people there. 25% of them were S.E.Asians.

Will your friends attend the university? If yes, the university residence is the best place. Even if they do not intend to attend it, the area around the university campus - especially the streets close to Cumberland Ave - is very safe and convenient. A lot of students live there and many people sublet their basements at a reasonable rates.

The nearby convenience store and the bus stop makes life easier especially in the winter time.

Hi, Me and my family will be landing in Saskatoon in October 2017. Request if you can tell me your friends' experience and any specific issue to be aware of. I am looking for people similar to our situation and you are first that I found who are actually going to Saskatoon.
