I want to know if a secondary applicant can land before a primary applicant?
Hi Patient,
I believe it is a legal requirment for the primary applicant to land first. I had the same question in my mind when I was to come here. At that time I inquired at the CHC New Delhi. But that was 7 years ago. If rules have changed since then I am not sure. If I come across any new information I will post it here.

I don't think you can do that.
Since you posted this in Moving Soon, I assume you have landing papers in hand. It is written somewhere on that one, or may be in the forwarding letter.

A big NO. However the secondary need not make an entry at the same time as primary so long as validity of visa ( I guess 1 year from the date of medicals)
