My brother in law is thinking of filling for Immigration of parents. Now the hurdle is he has low income as far as Lico is concerned. Please help me how he can go ahead and in what way I can help him...
Also, I would like to know if he files for immigration can my in-laws visit Canada on visiting Visa?
Hi,
Your brother-in-law can include his wife's wages in the total income, if she is earning, and then she will be the co-applicant sponsoring his parents. Also, if your BIL has any siblings in Canada and they together meet the LICO requirements, they could be the co-applicant.

Hi,
Sorry, you cannot include siblings inclome towards LICO. Only spouse or common law partner's income can be included.
