hi dear, please use a more descriptive subject for posting threads in the future

Regarding your query, if you qualify for the immigration for canada (count your points), there is absolutely no need of hiring an agent to file your immigration case. You can do it independently yourself. The process is very descriptive and clear on http://www.cic.gc.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK

I'd agree with Faisal !!!!!

Go thru the website that he has mentioned...... go thru it ten times, it is self explanatory and would give you almost all the answers.

Well before you go to any Immigration consultant you should know why you are hiring them. Some people apply directly as they are confident that they will get through without problem. If you know the you will pass the immigration requirement without problem and you want someone to just handle paperwork for you then you can go with any one of the lists you have mentioned. If you are not sure that you will qualify or you are doubtful about presenting your case then i guess you should explore all of them first then see which one makes more sense.

I personally feel that agents do help prepare your case and i think one should not hesitate hiring one if you feel you need one. My personal experience has been great going through agent.

Most people are happy with such organizations cause they provide services even after landing.

There is no harm in meeting and exploring...:p

I am agree with manjeet. Though you are sure and confident that you are eligible for the immigration, It is advisable to file the case through any professional services. Because they know well how to preapre the documents and how to present the case. Even they will adivce you if their is any problem in the case.

They will also guide you in Canada after landing for settlement.

So no harm to hire.

Go through any of above said services, because all are with the same knowledge in the field and well known.

hi,
as a bulleted summary, in my opinion;
Hire an agent or lawyer for your immigration case only if:
1) you like to create jobs for other people
2) you have a lot of extra cash and you need to dispense it off (3-5000$)
3) you have trouble with english language (cant very well grasp contents of http://www.cic.gc.ca)" rel="nofollow">LINK
4) you need someone to do the secretarial part of the work for you
5) you have a score below 67 marks. The agent may (I repeat *may*, not surely) be able to use some loopholes from his knowledge and experience to let your case thru.
6) you dont have time to go thru this Canadiandesi forum, or do not have access to it .
just my opinion!!!
