I did applied for my parent and my sister 4 year back.They had been interviewd last month and now my parent in india got letter they can not give Visa to my sistser as she failed in SY BCOM for 3 years(Unfortunate circumstance).
They said they feel that she is not consistent student??. I don't understand what to do?.Please advice me what to do next.They also write in letter that i can not appeal for that.
I found its viered because she is studying as its her bad luck when exam came near she fell sick or something.As I had seen here so many student take year brak or so for university so why they gave this reason fro rejection.
Can we meet immigration minister to Ottowa?.Is it possible to meet him??.

I HAD SEEN LOTS OF PEOPLE REAING POST BUT NOBODY REPLIED SO IN THIS CASE I NEED SOME REPLY/INFO/SUGGESTION.Will be grateful to you.
