I agree fully with Blue Lobster and Smiley. Both India and Canada have their own good points and bad points. Before we came here, we weighed the two and immigrated to this country because the advantages of living in Canada outweighed those of India. India is a great country but has its own share of problems and unless people are willing to talk about it and do something about it, things there will never improve. No point sweeping everything under the carpet. Yes, Canada has a very small population which is more easy to manage. But in India, unless the problems of poverty, corruption etc are dealt with, it will remain the same or the problems over there will worsen. There is absolutely no need to get touchy when the problems of India are discussed openly specially in a forum like canadiandesi.

I mean "jo dikhata hey vaisha hey nahi".
Like Hospital building in Toronto, its look like our Five start Hotels but once person visit at Emergency service then realised how is Hospital here.
There are many example like this.

Bud, you are going to have a tough time convincing people like me that my wife and daugter lack any ''Outer" beauty in comparision to anybody else just because of being of desi origin. Dont think that was a very good analogy you made about desis lacking 'outer' beauty
and some others having it and vice-versa about "Inner Beuty".If you really believe in it then I can only shake my head in sadness.

Sorry, but u misunderstood what i want to say.
There is no point of comparison of beauty. I mean to some people (desi) here are like they very much impressed about western things.
