depends on how much you have to spend...

if you are on a tight budget, you can buy all the hardware and the blinds themselves from walmart or zellers and do it yourself... or you could hire professionals to do it...

we replaced all the blinds in the house with curtains last december, and even with all the christmas sales, it still cost me an arm and a leg...
