I have seen at many Indian Stores in the area. Last year, also saw at Walmart Super Centre. You can check there as well.

I don't know stores in Mississauga but just on sunday I saw a couple of boards (different sizes) in a desi shop at Gerard Street. Didn't notice the shop name but they sell house hold vessels and pooja items.

My friend bought one from Iqbal grocery store in Thorncliff a few years ago. Not sure if they still carry it. Call them before you visit.

Most of Indian Grocery stores now a days selling Carrom Board.
I saw carrom board in below stores, but not sure abt price.
