As i missed citizenship test in june 2004, I was visiting backhome at that time. I informed to citizenship office from backhome that i am not available for test.

I inquired after return from backhome they denied to say anything about retest or anything. they said "I will get letter from office regarding this matter" but after 2 months I didnt get anything.

can anybody know what's next procedure if its happen like that

You have to wait for there call. It might takes several months.

What if we inform them before the test that we will not be able to attend the test due to pre-occupation which is important enough not to change. I have got a test date for 8th sept but both my wife and I cannot appear for the test during that week (for her it is first week of school as a new teacher!)

if you cant make it, it goes back into the queue, and when a slot comes up, they will call you with a new date (or send a letter, or sometimes both)...
