Any of you guys want to share your plans for labour day. We have nothing lined up for this weekend. May be I can take some last minute tips from fellow desi's. We are kind of fed up of dinning out all the time. Any one days getaways to a nearby place

Last weekend we went to Bronte Creek Park.

It is just on QEW between Oakville and Burlington. It was nice experience. Their man-made open swimming pool is in excellent condition. THe park has many other things to offer. They have several walking/biking trails and some wildlife tracks.

Entry fee is $12 per car.

Hey GG, even we went there a month back, and YES, it was fun.

Abt the labour day weekend, we are gonna be at home, coz we live close to d/town, CNE, on 24th floor, facing lake Ontario. It's fun watching labour day air show from our apt.
