New Canadian Immigrant, wants to come in December

Hi,

I am new Immigrant in Canada, I laneded in canada in March 2003. I am working in USA on H1B visa. We got the PR Card and we came to USA and we want to go back in december.

Will there be any problem in going back as I have lived there only three months.

Or I have to complete my two years in next five years.

Please advise.

No problem. Just come back. You are safe. Your two years will be counted since landing.
