Packet would contain documents weighing max about 200 gms.

Any suggestions based on personal experience ?

I would suggest DHL for sending documents to India, if price is not a constraint. However, TNT would be cheaper. This is out of my personal and professional experience. Check out their website for more info. By the way, where exactly in India do you want to send the courier ?
