Hi,
I am per resident, working in IT field earning 50K per annum.
I have sponsored my parents from India. their acceptance should arrive anytime. If I now decide to mary someone from USA or India, can I sponsor him too, or do I need to until the application for my parents gets through.
please advice.

You can sponsor your spouse as soon as you are married. There is no need to meet income requirement for spousal sponsorship.
CAUTION: Your family size will be encreased by one and your minimum income will be calculated based on your new family size. This table will help you: http://www.passportcanada.com/lico.php
good luck!
