1. Is it advisible to submit the passports along with RPRF. I just sent the RPRF without passport, as I was not asked for them.

2. If Yes, can I send now.

Better to wait until asked, especially if you need the passport for travel soon. Submitting ahead of time does speed up the process by at least one month but the embassy is not responsible for any forthcoming travel plans and will not be pressured into issuing visa simply because your passport is with them.
