Sorry Freddie ur observations are completely invalid. Nowhere immigration procedure says that person shud stay in one country. I moved out almost 8 months back from Canada from where i had applied and i have been to 1 more country before going back to India as my job demands this. Only thing is, if u enter in Canada or USA legally and have valid work permit for min 1 yr u can apply. After that wherever u go nothing matters. They can not bind people to stay there for such a long period. And thats y they always ask for correspondence address and not permanent address. What do u think, they cant find if the person has left Canada? They are imm officers and have access to all database. Before sending me medical they could have checked if i was in Canada. And if someone is called for interview s/he can enter in US or Canada on visitor visa to appear in an interview.
