Record of number of days present in Canada

Hi,
I have been living in Canada for about 3 years, but I moved around to US and UK on job purpose on very short trips. Is there anyway I can get record of days I actually present in Canada. So that I dont do any mistake while filing for Citizenship.

You cannot get an access to the Immigration departure and arrival records of your self even if one is there. You will have to list as much as you remember and as close to truth as possible .
