I am here in Canada on Work permit. As a dependent, my wife is issued a visitor visa. We have been staying here in Canada for past 1 year. Both of us hold Indian Passport. We want to apply for visitor visa to US. I have got few(4) US visa stampings on my passport, but all those have been expired. My wife doesn't have any earlier US visa. Can we apply here in Toronto Consulate. What is the chance of getting the visitor visa? Do they normally give or reject? Heard of cases where people are advised to go to home country (India) for applying for US visa.

You'll get visa as you already have stampings in past...
You can apply at Torronto or Ottawa
