i want to down load all these songs to my computer ...... how to down load ....... please advice me

I do not think there is any way to download the songs from the sites you have mentioned. They sell CDs too. If you were able to download the songs for free from those sites, you would write the CD yourself.
You can use P2P networks like iMesh (search google to find links, put in google "best p2p" ) to download songs but before that get antivirus software and ad blocking/antispyware softwares in your computer. You can search for those in download.com.

You can use recording softwares to record the songs in MP3 when they r playing. Only problem is.. you have to listen to all the songs you want to record.. and you may have to turn off other sounds in the PC.. like Windows sounds.. to avoid extra noises in the songs.. once you have mp3.. you can burn them on the CD.. the quality is not bad..
try "All Sounds Recorder XP" there is a trial version and crack available on the internet.

i have norton anti virus .... is it enough ??????

Last year i was using Nortan Antivirus software 2004 edition, it was given to me by my friend.The edition expired this janurary 26th 2005. so i went to symantec website and downloaded this 2005 trialware.
My question to the computer experts on this forum is can i use that old 2004 nortan antivirus software still (my guess is it wudnt be able to update new virus definations) but will it still protect my computer from virus or should i use this new trialware edition.

Your old antivirus software (without current updates) will not protect your computer against new viruses. New trialware will be able to protect but I think it would have an expiry date set soon (may be 15 days or 1 months or something like that) so it won't be able to help for a longer duration of time. You will need the code to unlock the software.
If you want free antivirus software, you can use AVG antivirus.
